Shipping times & Costs
Delivery is guaranteed within 5 working days from the moment the order is completed, except for possible warehouse problems which will be promptly communicated to the customer. Orders are shipped from Italy.
Parcel in Italy will be shipped through TNTpost within 48 hours from the pickup.
International shipping is committed to TNT Express or DHL, it depends on the area, and will be delivered within 5 working days from the pickup.

*Currently, we ship trough Canada, USA, Japan, Europe and Eastern European countries.
Shipping costs include packaging and are free for orders above 99€. (Only for Italy)
We suggest grouping all the items in one shipment in order to avoid additional costs for multiple shipments.
We do not accept to group orders that have been made separately.
In the event the parcel is tempered with, accept the parcel anyway informing the courier you sign conditionally. Check the parcel and the goods in it. If there are any problems, please write us back email@example.com specifying:

It is forbidden in any case to reject the parcel at the moment of the delivery. Delivery rejection will be considered as a non-fulfillment of contractual condition and it will not be possible to apply the returns policy.
Returns and refunds
You can return any item purchased within 14 working days of the delivery date (Dlgs 206/2005). It is not necessary to indicate the reason why you return your purchase.

Shipping cost for returned goods are entirely at your expenses and will not be refunded.
Inspection of returned goods will be performed. Items must be in the same condition they have been shipped; Items must not be tempered with, washed, used or modified in any way; Price tags must be included in the parcel. As for accessories and shoes, they must be in their original package, intact and protected; we cannot accept shoes or accessories shipped in their original package, without any further external protection. In this case, returned goods cannot be accepted.

We will not accept returned goods without previous communication and without our authorization to proceed.
We will refund you within 14 working days from the moment we accept your returned goods.
Depending on the payment methods you chose, your refund will be issued with a check or charge-off on your credit card or Paypal account.
Bikinis and lingerie can not been returned or changed.
In case your purchase is flawed, you can request a refund or the substituition of your purchase. Write an e-mail at email@example.com specifying:

We will not accept flawed goods without previous e-mail equipped with picture.
After checking the flaw, we will proceed to send a courier at your home to pick up the flawed item at our expenses. Please, be careful in packaging the item in compliance with the courier need (external protection safely closed, name and address clearly visible, sender). At the delivery, we will perform an additional inspection on the flawed item before proceeding with refund or changing.
